Shipping Policy

True To Nature strives to give our customers fast, reliable shipping for the best price.
Local Orders:

1. Delivery of items will be 2-4 business days.
2. Tracking numbers for couriers will be mailed to you. (Please supply your email address)
3. Delivery address should be complete and correct as per below:

• Name and phone number of receiver of parcel
• Street name and number
• Complex/Apartment/Building Name and Unit number
• Suburb and City
• Street code

• True To Nature will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect delivery address.
• The Customer will be responsible for additional courier fees if the parcel is returned to True To Nature in the event of the customer not available for delivery, and no prior arrangements were made.
• Special instructions should be noted in the comments/note section on placing the order.
• Delivery periods might be delayed during peak times like Christmas, Easter, Valentines, Black Friday.

Nationwide Delivery

All orders are shipped door-to-door via **The Courier Guy**.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
